Returns (Exchange ) Policy

Exchange At Decize, we do not accept returns. Instead, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure you shop with confidence. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

If you need to request an exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping for Exchanges

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label (for defective/damaged items) or instructions on how and where to send your package.
